Today's Ferry St. (Broadway to Erie Blvd.) is the old N. Ferry St.: the modern Broadway/Ferry and Ferry/Erie Blvd. intersections fall on the Sanborn's N. Ferry St. Note that no street in OSM is now called 'North Ferry Street', which is why Nominatim found nothing for 26 N. Ferry. The Sanborn sheet edges overlap here, so the pin is good to about 30 m.
