Evert Wendell's mills and brewery on the Beaver Kill

Wikipedia's Lincoln Park article says Wendell built saw and grist mills and a brewery in the ravine before 1737, and that brewery waste gave Buttermilk Falls its name. NYSM's Beaverkill page puts the first mill at the falls, where Hawk Street would cross if extended. The pin is placed by projecting S. Hawk St. south of Park Ave. into the ravine, so it is good to perhaps 100-150 m. Not in the existing package.
